Fish Creek Foods originated with a bumper crop of habanero chilies one summer (yes you can grow chilies in Wyoming), and with little else to do with them I started experimenting with hot sauces. My goal was to create sauces with heat and flavor that complimented each other rather than just burning out your taste buds. From the four original hot sauces we branched out into salsas, pestos and our newest line of barbeque sauces. Many of the products are the result of experimentation at The Blue Lion Restaurant where I am the executive chef.
