Our pestos are perishable products therefore we have
developed these shipping policies to insure you receive the highest quality
product in the fastest time. Small orders (4 or 8 pestos) are shipped with refrigerated gel packs. Large orders (12 or more pestos) are shipped frozen with
dry ice and gel packs. Your pestos may be refrozen without harm; in fact we
recommend long-term storage in the freezer. Pestos are only shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays and
generally not during holiday weeks. Pestos may only be shipped ground if you live within the one or two day service area (see chart below) outside that area you must choose 2nd day air or faster service. Please note FedEx ground is not guaranteed delivery and we do not recommend ground service during the holiday season (late November until January 2). If you are unsure which service to choose please consult FedEx transit times, enter 83001 as "ship from zip code", your zip code as "ship to zip code", choose "ground" and "residential destination" and click "get transit time". Please contact us directly at info@fishcreekfoods.com for overseas shipping costs. If your order includes both pestos and other products and you would like your pestos shipped 2nd day air and the rest of your order shipped ground you must place two separate orders, we apologize for the minor inconvenience.
