History:        

Fish Creek Foods originated in late 1996 as an experiment in the use of habanero chiles as hot sauce ingredients.  My goal was to create hot sauces that were not only spicy, but also flavorful.  To that end I started with a line of four hot sauces:  Tomatillo Cilantro (now Old Faithful), Red Pepper (now Grizzly), Pineapple and Rasta.  A couple of years later we added two salsas and a mango chutney and since then we have added two more hot sauces, five pestos, three barbeque sauces, a peanut sauce and another salsa.  Each of our products is a unique flavor combination, different from most anything else you will find on the market.
